Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Muggeo Studio, I strive to deliver high-quality web and graphic design services tailored to your needs.
This policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and deposits.
Services Covered
This policy applies to all freelance services offered by Muggeo Studio, including:
Web design and development
WordPress and Elementor websites
Graphic design and branding
Business card and marketing material design
Payment and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as per the agreed milestones.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project with at least 15 days’ notice before the agreed start date.
The deposit is non-refundable.
For work already completed beyond the deposit, additional fees may apply, prorated based on the progress of the project.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are limited and considered only under the following circumstances:
Failure by Muggeo Studio to deliver the agreed services within the agreed timeline (excluding delays caused by the client)
Services not performed as outlined in the signed agreement
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with design preferences after work has commenced
Work already completed and delivered according to the project scope
Delays caused by late feedback, content, or materials from the client
Revision Policy
Projects include a limited number of revisions as specified in the contract.
Additional revisions may incur extra fees and are not grounds for a refund.
Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to muggeostudio@icloud.com.

Each request will be reviewed and a decision communicated within 14 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Modifications to This Policy
Clients will be notified of significant changes before starting new projects.
